How does our giveaway work?

It’s as simple as it seems. We offer unique, iconic vehicles as prizes to those who take part. Entries are accumulated through our products for sale, with the winner being chosen at random live on all platforms. The larger an audience we reach the more incredible prizes we can offer, so please spread the word! Good luck!

How will I know if I’ve won?

We will countdown to the announcement of the winner and announce the winner live on our website and social media pages. The winner will be contacted by email and / or phone to confirm their win. We will never ask you for any kind of payment or credit card information as a condition of awarding a prize. If you feel you have been contacted by someone impersonating Icon Cars And Clothing please contact us so we can investigate.

How do I track my entries?

We track all of your entries in our automated system, which is then used to select at random a winner when the giveaway period has ended. This system accounts for multipliers and bonus entries, so will keep an accurate tally of all orders you place.

How can I see the status of my order?

You will receive a tracking number with your order depending on your shipping location, through which you can track your order status. If you’re unable to see your tracking status please contact us.

I placed the wrong order / ordered by mistake. What should I do?

In the event you wish to change an order placed in the last 24 hours please contact us with your order details, and your concern. We will do our best to accommodate all requests – please see our Returns and Exchanges page for more information.

What are my shipping options?

Currently we ship to Canada and the USA. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout and the options available to you will be displayed before finalizing your order.

When will my order ship?

We aim to have your order in the mail and on its way to you within 5 business days of placing your order. However, we are not responsible for delays to shipping arising from circumstances out of our control, such as supplier delays, postal strikes or weather disruptions. Where possible and reasonable we will update you on the status of your order if such a delay occurs. In the event an item ordered is no longer available we will contact you to arrange a replacement product or a refund.
